Users can now create a 'Minimum Distance Separation (MDS) Setback Map' which allows them to:
1. Draw a line on the map (from an existing livestock barn to a proposed development).
  The application will draw a wedge on the map to allow the user to determine the number of non-agricultural source uses in the wedge.
2. Draw points on the map and specify setback distances.
  The application will draw circles around the points to illustrate the user entered setback distances.
